2215389 - Learning Item/Class updated prices not reflected in Library

After manually updating course prices at an Item record > Pricing tab, the new prices are not reflecting in Library.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login as LMS Admin - Learning Activities > Items > Pricing tab > change the price for the desired or default currency.
2. Apply Changes > Click No in the Master Inventory Price Change Propagation page
3. Go back to previous page
4. Login as LMS User > Search for the Item in the Library
5. Result: Users are not seeing the new item/class prices in their library

The price change on the item level is not published in the master inventory and library.

1. After listing the new price for the item, the Master Inventory Price Change Propagation wizard will appear.
2. Select Yes to apply this price change to master inventory, libraries and orders (orders placed with a prepaid account cannot be changed)
• select checkbox - Apply price change to libraries
3. Continue to steps and click Finish
4. Finished - Status: The inventory adjustment was successful.
