2215389 - Learning Item/Class updated prices not reflected in Library

After manually updating course prices in the Item record's Pricing tab, the new prices are not reflecting in the Library.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Learning Administration >
2. Learning Activities > Items > Pricing tab > Change the price >
3. Apply Changes > Click "No" in the "Master Inventory Price Change Propagation" page >
4. Go back to the previous page >
5. Open Learning User Homepage > Search for the Item in the Library >
6. The new price is not displayed.

The price change on the Item level is not published in the Master Inventory and Library.

1. After changing the price in the Item/Class, the Master Inventory Price Change Propagation wizard will appear >
2. Select "Yes" to apply this price change to Master Inventory, libraries and orders (orders placed with a prepaid account cannot be changed) >
3. Select the "Apply price change to libraries" checkbox >
4. Continue the steps and click Finish >
5. Receive the message: The inventory adjustment was successful.
