2215846 - Sales Orders Item Does Not Appear In The Account Summary

Symptom

When Creating an Account Summary, the Sales Order facet does not show anything, even if the Account has recent orders in the system.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customer work center.
  2. Click on Accounts.
  3. Select an Account that has an item in the Recent Order tab.
  4. Click on Account Summary.
  5. The PDF is created successfully without showing any information in the Sales Order facet.

Resolution

The functionality is planned to be made available in a higher release.
