2215890 - Backup is not possible because the volume '#' is not assigned to a service

Symptom

When trying to perform data backup, an error like the following appears:

Could not start backup for system <SID> DBC: [447]: backup could not be completed: [110029] Backup is not possible because the volume '#' is not assigned to a service, [110028] Orphaned volume with the number '#' found in the topology
