2215946 - Workflow agent configuration for HCM Processes

Symptom

Agent assignment is an important configuration for workflow tasks in HCM Processes applications.

Two different errors can be triggered due to this missing configuration

  1. You are facing EVALUATE_AGENT_VIA_EXPESSION (SWF_RUN544) workflow error when executing a process.
  2. Drafts saved from a Roadmap form (and from FPM forms also) are not displayed in the CHIP Tasks By Draft, and also not displayed in user's inbox in the SBWP in the backend system
