Symptom

After installing SMP 3.0 SP08 or SP09 against Microsoft SQL Server successfully, the following error occurs when trying to access the application configuration in the Cockpit:

Internal Exception: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Invalid object name 'SMP_APPLN_CONNECTON_INFO'
