2216262 - CCMS agent shows 0% or only 33% Availability


  • On the central system in RZ20 -> SAP CCMS Technical Expert Monitors -> Selfmonitoring CCMS Agents, the agent availability status is red (not 100% available).  This indicates that the integrated sapstartsrv CCMS agent is not working correctly.


  • In RZ21 -> Agents for Remote Systems, the Connection Test for the same agent is working fine, and the Agent Working Directory opens successfully.  So the problem is only seen in the agent availability in RZ20.
