2216495 - Exception while updating the authentication context of the security policy: deployment issue

Symptom

The SAP Application Server JAVA administrator tries to deploy an archive and this activity fails due to a security exception and the below error is recorded in the deployment traces:

ERROR: Not updated. Deploy Service returned ERROR:java.rmi.RemoteException: Cannot deploy application Reason: Cannot read  <File destination> Caused by: com.sap.engine.services.security.exceptions.BaseSecurityException: Unexpected exception while updating the authentication context of the security policy. Caused by: com.sap.engine.services.security.exceptions.BaseSecurityException: Caller not authorized.
