2216674 - Manager relationship (B012) is also copied when copying an organization unit

Symptom

When an org. unit is copied from PPOME (or similarly in PPOME_CRM or PPOMA_BBP transaction), it is observed that the existing B012 relationship (is manager of) from the reference organization unit is copied, too. As a result, the new org. unit is picking up same manager position as previous org. unit, but it is expected that this relationship will be ignored.
