2216682 - CKM3/CKMLQS "Expand Subtree" button doesn’t work

Symptom

When clicking on "Expand Subtree" in transaction CKMLQS or CKM3, it is expected that all subtrees are expanded, but only subtrees which have been expanded manually are expanded. The same problem also occurs for "Print entire hierarchy" or "Print preview of entire hierarchy" in print view.
