Please note whenever new objects are delivered for Spanish Payroll Localization (such as for example a new infotype) all the corresponding translations are included on the next Support Package so in general we recommend to wait until the upgrade of such Support Package containing the translations. In case the upgrade will not be possible at the moment, this KBA describes an alternative way to temporarily translate the texts.
After installing a note you just have the text on one language and you do not have translations available. In this note it explains how to change standard language of an Infotype as an example.
