2217090 - Items are not displayed in Item Overview section under Items tab on RFx document (Large Document Handling)

Symptom

RFx items are not displayed on Items tab in Item Overview section. Items are present in transaction BBP_PD, but they are hidden on Item Overview screen. This behavior occurs if SRM_703_LDH_RFx customizing switch is active.
