Symptom
- You are attempting to import Enterprise Service Repository (ESR) conent into the Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) ESR
- The import which usually completes in under 15 minutes, takes much longer
- The import is either very slow or hangs
- It may timeout in the ESR with the error (extracts) below:

at com.sap.jms.client.session.JMSXASession.xaEnd(JMSXASession.java:422) - In the defaultTrace, errors similar to below are visible:
SQL statement is "INSERT INTO "XI_DIRCACHERCLVIEW" ("CHANGELIST","TYPE_ID","OBJECT_ID","SW_COMPONENT","SP") VALUES (?,?,?,?,?)".
[EXCEPTION]
com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.BatchUpdateException: [jcc][t4][102][10040][4.18.60] Batch failure. The batch was submitted, but at least one exception occurred on an individual member of the batch.
Use getNextException() to retrieve the exceptions for specific batched elements. ERRORCODE=-4229, SQLSTATE=null
