2217104 - PI ESR content file import very slow or times out

• You are attempting to import Enterprise Service Repository (ESR) conent into the Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) ESR
• The import which usually completes in under 15 minutes, takes much longer
• The import is either very slow or hangs
• It may timeout in the ESR with the error (extracts) below:
