2217391 - SMP 3.0 OData client error: "Vault is locked!" when opening the client data store

Symptom

  • Opening either an offline or online client data store the following error is seen in the application screen:  Vault is locked!
  • The client log shows:

    [ERROR] OnlineManager: (KrollRuntimeThread) [11,18680] LogonCore instantiation exception -
    [ERROR] OnlineManager: com.sap.maf.tools.logon.core.LogonCoreException:Vault is locked!
