2217589 - iOS Enrollment Fails with HTTP 405 on TokenCheckin -Afaria

Symptom

iOS enrollment fails with "Profile Installation Failed" on the device. The device log shows a corresponding HTTP 405 error code on TokenCheckin. The specific extract from the device log is as follows:
