2218039 - Link "Create Support Message" is not displayed in Web client UI F2 technical details

Symptom

  1. The "Create Support Message" link is not visible via the F2 technical details page.

  1. On pressing F2 on a webUI to see the technical data, Function module "LXE_GET_URL" not found error is encountered.
  2. Dump CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND with the short text "Function module "LXE_GET_URL" not found."  still occurs in the backend system even after implementing note 2571232.
