2218102 - Access to Boomi platform fails with an error: The authorization failed on the last request. Please refresh your screen to login again.

Symptom

  • Receiving this error when attempting to login to Boomi platform:

 The authorization failed on the last request. Please refresh your screen to login again.

  • Same error occurs if  user changes password and logins again.
  • When loging in using invalid/incorrect password receives a different error.

Environment

BOOMI Platform

Resolution

  • Confirm the date and time on the server/System that you are attempting to login in from. 
  • make sure that the date and time are correct for the time zone in which you are attempting to login from.
