Symptom
- Receiving this error when attempting to login to Boomi platform:
The authorization failed on the last request. Please refresh your screen to login again.
- Same error occurs if user changes password and logins again.
- When loging in using invalid/incorrect password receives a different error.

Resolution
- Confirm the date and time on the server/System that you are attempting to login in from.
- make sure that the date and time are correct for the time zone in which you are attempting to login from.
