2218103 - inheritance indicator wrong after copying object hierarchy in transaction CC04

Symptom

A technical object hierarchy is copied in transaction CC04 (Product Structure Browser). Afterwards you find that the inheritance indicator in the new objects is 'D' ("Field maintained directly. No data transfer") instead of 'R' ("Data transfer from reference object") or 'H' ("Data transfer from superior object") as in the original objects. The data origin can also be seen in transaction IL03 or IE03, menu "Edit" - "Data origin list".
