2218283 - How to remove the dialog "Logon to SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform" when inserting a data source

When trying to insert a data source in Analysis for Office, the dialog "Logon to SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform" below appears by default. The users have to skip the dialog every time, in case the BI platform is never used.

The reason why the dialog "Logon to SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform" comes up when inserting a data source is because the "Preferred Platform" is set to "Selectable" like shown on the screenshot below (this is the default value for this setting):

It is possible to remove the dialog in case the BI platform is not used so the users do not have to skip it every time.

The dialog to "Logon to SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform" will not come up if the setting "Preferred Platform" is set to "Business Warehouse".

In case the "Preferred Platform" setting is missing from the "Platform Settings", it is because the setting "EnablePreferredPlatformSetting" is set to "False".
