2218377 - How to Enable HTML Email Notifications - Performance Management

• Email Notifications contain full web address of the links and full links of the target. 
• Need to Enable HTML based Email Notification

• SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 
• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Add External Rater in the 360 form and send out the form to him.
2. He will receive the 360 Document Evaluation Notifcation for External Participant as below:
   
   "Please be advised that the document 2015 Personnel Performance Review Feedback Form for Brooke Brown  has been created is now available for your review.  Your feedback is instrumental to the employee's development.
   
   Please select one of the below actions to indicate your participation:
   
   Extense hyperlink text 1 (accept)
   Extense hyperlink text 2 (decline)
   
   If you see the above content, "2015 Personnel Performance Review Feedback Form for Brooke Brown" is not available in bold. This uses a TAG called [[DOC_TITLE]] But this is not highlighted.
   
   Also instead of ACCEPT and DECLINE buttons, full links with html tags are appearing. This is incorrect. These buttons are using tags [[ACCEPT]] or [[DECLINE]].
   Also "review" is not in bold. This uses tag called [[DOC_ACTION]].

 

Ideally the e-mail should be in the below format:

"Please be advised that the document 2015 Personnel Performance Review Feedback Form for Brooke Brown has been created is now available for your review. Your feedback is instrumental to the employee's development.

Please select one of the below actions to indicate your participation:

Accept or Decline. "

How to fix this issue

1. Go to Admin tools-> In the Tool Search box -> Search for Company Settings and Logo->
2. Check "Enable HTML Email notifications" and click on "Save Company System Setting"
3. This will change the Style of the Email Notifications in the instance and HTML will be enabled in the Email Notifications.

Below is the example of an email notification after you enable the above option.

"Please be advised that the document 2015 Personnel Performance Review Feedback Form for Brooke Brown has been created is now available for your review. Your feedback is instrumental to the employee's development. 

Please select one of the below actions to indicate your participation: 

Accept or Decline. "
