2218426 - Error - Authentication failed, invalid user id or password(status code = 4) while creating a requisition from Position org chart - Recruiting

You are getting an error message when you are trying to create a requisition in Position Org Chart
Error :
Authentication failed, invalid user id or password(status code = 4)
However, The username for whom the password is incorrect/expired is unknown.

Succesfactors

Logon to Successfactors system and navigate to "Company Info"

 Click on Position Org Chart.

 Click on "Create Job Requisition" as directed below.

 Finally, Confirm the creation by clicking on "Create Job Requisition"

 Thus the issue is reproduced.

This occurrs when the credentials of the API user which is responsible for the creation of Job Requisition are expired/incorrect.

Please correct the logon data in Provisioning as explained below.

Navigation

Provisioning --> Company Settings --> Search for "Enable Recruiting integration with Position Management"

Under this, Update the correct/working Username and Password.
