2218434 - Operation Not Possible; Project Stock Usage Logistics Area XYZ Not Allowed

When perform goods movement to move stock into a logistics area with logistics use Project Stock, oe when perform inventory adjustment for a product in a logistics area with logistics use Project Stock, there is an error triggered:

Opeartion not possible; Project stock usage logistics area XYZ not allowed.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Internal Logistics work center.
2. Choose Goods Movement view.
3. Enter all mandatory information.
4. Go to Enter Confirmation Details view.
5. Enter target logistics area ID XYZ (XYZ - represents the Logistics area with Project Stock logistics use), click Next, error triggered:

Opeartion not possible; Project stock usage logistics area XYZ not allowed.

Logistics area with logistics use Project Stock only contains the stock that is assigned/allocated to project. Hence, it is not allowed to perform goods movement or inventory adjustment in such logistics area.

System is behaving as designed.
