2218654 - NCUM query terminates with exception condition "OUT_OF_RANGE"

Symptom

When running a NCUM query on a BW730/BW740 system the following ST22 dump occurs:

Category               ABAP Programming Error
Runtime Errors         RAISE_EXCEPTION
ABAP Program           SAPLRSTIME
Application Component  BW-BEX-OT

Exception condition "OUT_OF_RANGE" triggered
..
A RAISE statement in program "SAPLRSTIME" has raised exception condition "OUT_OF_RANGE".
Since the exception was not caught by a program higher up in the call hierarchy, processing was terminated.
