2218667 - PY-GB: Object ID missing from IT0070 or IT0071 - fix recommendation

Symptom

Note 1943272 addresses the issue of creating IT0070’s with a blank Object ID field. You may resolve creating such Infotypes in the future by following the steps in the above Note.

However, you might already have existing IT0070's with a missing Object ID. This advisory Note describes how to amend these. There are no code changes attached to this Note.
