2218822 - High CPU usage in PI due to mapping

Symptom

  • Your Process Integration (PI) system is on SP05 with PL0 for all the PI Software Components
  • You are using mappings in the Enterprise Services Repository (ESR) and Integration Builder (IB) and are experiencing high CPU usage
  • You use the SAP JVM Profiler tool to analyse the High CPU usage
  • In the SAP JVM Profiler there may be similar entires to the following with long running CPU time:
    com.sap.aii.mappingtool.tf7.AMappingProgram.processNode(com.sap.aii.mappingtool.tf7.rt.AStructureNode)void
    com.sap.aii.mappingtool.flib7.Plainer.gotoNextValue()void
