2218873 - Error: 'crw32.exe - Entry Point Not Found' or 'crw64.exe - Entry Point Not Found', when opening Crystal Reports or Clicking on some buttons after Start

• Error: 'crw32.exe - Entry Point Not Found'
• Error: 'crw64.exe - Entry Point Not Found'
• Unable to launch Crystal Reports
• Crystal Reports starts, but crashes after clicking on Blank Report, Save or Open buttons
• Able to open Crystal Reports on other computers, the issue only occurs on specific computers.
• When attempting to launch Crystal Reports, it fails with one of the following error:
