2219208 - Offline store error with XML request to oData service - SMP3

When a request for offline data is made to OData service using XML format, the following error occurs:

SODataOfflineStorePopulating: Creating and populating the store in the mid-tier Store Open failed Error Domain=NetworkDomain Code=3 "

[-10210] The operation failed due to an error on the server." UserInfo=0x7a8a8910 {NSLocalizedDescription=[-10210] The operation failed due to an error on the server.
