Symptom

  • You search for Incidents / Service Requests in sm_crm using search criteria Due By and in the result list view configuration you cannot find field Due By available to be displayed
  • You search for Problems in sm_crm using search criteria Due Date and in the result list view configuration you cannot find field Due Date available to be displayed
  • However when you search for change documents in sm_crm using search criteria Due By, in the result list view configuration you can find field Due By available to be displayed
