Symptom

Running 7-parameters "sp_config_rep_agent dbname, enable, rsname, rsuser, rspswd, connds, conndb"  fails

Msg 2945, Level 16, State 9:
Server 'ase157', Procedure 'sp_config_rep_agent', Line 585:
Failed to decrypt RA password.
Msg 9245, Level 20, State 2:
Server 'ase157', Procedure 'sp_config_rep_agent', Line 585:
Failure during update/insert/delete from sysattributes.
Msg 18424, Level 16, State 1:
Server 'ase157', Procedure 'sp_config_rep_agent', Line 589:
Failed to enable Replication Agent for database 'dummy_db'.
