2219576 - How To Delete Existing Territory Rules In Bulk

You want to delete all the Territory rules on the Define Rules For Territory Realignment screen at once, without using the Remove button since it deletes only one record at a time.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Administrator Work Center.
2. Go to Sales and Campaigns Settings.
3. Click on Define Rules for Territory Realignment.

You would like to delete all the Rules here.

1. Go to Administrator Work Center.
2. Go to Sales and Campaigns Settings.
3. Click on Define Rules for Territory Realignment.
4. Choose the Download button to save the Territory rules locally.
5. Remove all rules from the spreadsheet saved above.
6. Note that if you want to keep a version of the existing rules, you can save two copies and clear out the rules from one of them.
7. Use the Upload button to upload the spreadsheet with all of the rules removed.
8. Activate this version of the rules uploaded.

Note: Note that Upload button replaces the existing rules. Now, this should remove all of the rules in the system. If you want to return to the earlier version of the rules then, you can upload the saved copy with the old rules using the same steps.
