2219883 - BPC MS: Error : "COM exception cause: Invalid username or password. If your account is under any root other than o=cec.eu.int, you must enter your DN"

Symptom

Based on an IPS CMS (CMC) authentication method, when trying to add a new user through the Administration Client, after selecting the server ,
the following error is thrown : "COM exception cause: Invalid username or password. If your account is under any root other than o=cec.eu.int, you must enter your DN".
