Symptom

  • Empty file (0 Kb) when scheduling a document to an FTP destination
  • Schedules fail with error message: "Connection error. [Timed out reading data from FTP Server.]: [CrystalEnterprise.ftp]"
  • Error in log files: exception caught while putting source file [<Source Filename>] to ftp server [12.34.56.78] as destination file [<Dest Filename>]. Details: [].
