Reproducing the Issue

When adding candidate from Careers > Referral Tracking > Add, we can see that the Resume/CV field is marked as mandatory.


The resume field can be made mandatory or non-mandatory from Admin Center. This does not require any XML configuration changes.

Please follow the steps below to configure such behavior:

  1. From Admin Center go to Set Up Employee Referral Program.

  2. Check or uncheck Hide Resume for Employee Referrals / Require Resume for Employee Referrals
