2220504 - Make Resume mandatory/hidden in Employee Referral - Recruiting Management

Symptom

In this article we discuss making the resume mandatory or hiding the resume for Employee Referral Program.

Reproducing the Issue

1. When adding candidate from Careers

2. Go to Referral Tracking

3. Click add

4. You will see that the Resume/CV field is marked as mandatory.

Resolution

The resume field can be made mandatory or non-mandatory from Admin Center. This does not require any XML configuration changes.

Please follow the steps below to configure such behaviour:

  1. From Admin Center, go to Set Up Employee Referral Program.

  2. Check or uncheck Hide Resume for Employee Referrals / Require Resume for Employee Referrals
