Reproducing the Issue

  1. Careers>Referral Tracking
  2. Click "Add Referral
  3. You will see a Resume field - how to either hide this or make it mandatory?:

Resolution

  1. Admin Center>Set Up Employee Referral Program
  2. Check "Hide Resume for Employee Referrals" if you do not want to show the Resume field for employee referrals:

  3. Check "Require Resume for Employee Referrals" if you want to make the Resume field required for emplyee referrals

NOTE: If you are using Internal Career Site powered by CSB, you will need to do the following to see the changes reflect there:

  1. Admin Center > OData API Metadata Refresh & Export > Refresh
  2. Admin Center > Manage Career Site Builder
  3. Click on Appearance > Global
  4. Click on Save
