Symptom

  • When trying to connect to Financial Consoliodation from windows client or web client, the following error appears:
    The query for loading persistent objects has failed.
    Failed to load one or more objects of type 'User configuration' from the database.
    Memory allocation failure.
  • In HTML5 web client, the user is unable to see some of his own packages.
    However, he can see all of his packages in the rich or legacy client.
