2221103 - Replication of an employee fails with an error: Element 'FrequencyCode' missing if end date has been set for Recurring deduction

Symptom

If you set "EndDate" value for the Recurring deduction timeslice which is effective in future, this change in recurring deduction portlet creates additional timeslice with operation as "Deleted". This new timeslice does not have "Recurring Item" information i.e it contains only header.

Compound Employee API picks both the records and when this data reaches to the payroll system, validation fails with "Element Frequencycode Missing" error message on ERP side.
