The Role Readiness percentage can be calculated in two ways:

• Summing up the number of ready competencies
• Averaging out competency readiness

Note: The readiness thermometer icon on the role node, only appears for 'Job Roles I'm Considering' and not for your current role:

To remove the thermometer from the node, the readiness_meter configuration needs to be removed from the development template xml. After which it will look like this:
