When using a DCN delete request with synchronization parameter the DCN request doesn't set the field LOGICAL_DEL true, instead the request deletes the whole entry from the database.
For Mobile Business Objects (MBO) without synchronization parameter the DCN request set the field LOGICAL_DEL to true.
