2222002 - XISAPI log fails to rename, access is denied - Afaria

The ISAPI filter is throwing errors when attempting to cycle the log file.  Retries eventually will allow the file to be deleted.

ERROR:Access to the path 'C:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\XSISAPI\XSISAPIPipe_Log.txt.old' is denied.
