Symptom
Diagnostics Agent has issue connecting and in the SMDSystem.X.log log file there is the following error:
[SMDConnectionTask.refreshJ2EEClusterConnections] Time out occurred when establishing connection to Solution manager cluster. Initial Agent connection may remain valid. If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator.
[EXCEPTION]
Time out occurred when calling method 'establishClusterConnection' on object [com.sap.smd.agent.connection.cluster.J2EEClusterConnector@3b71de0d] after 60002 ms.
