Symptom

On Windows Server BR*Tools fails with following error:

BR0644I BR_TRACE: location BrInitOraCreate-2, SQL statement:
'CONNECT / AT PROF_CONN IN SYSOPER MODE'
BR0300I BR_TRACE: SQL code: -1017, number of processed rows: 0
BR0280I BRCONNECT time stamp: 2015-09-17 13:51:46
BR0301E SQL error -1017 at location BrInitOraCreate-2, SQL statement:
'CONNECT / AT PROF_CONN IN SYSOPER MODE'
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
BR0249I BR_TRACE: level 3, function BrInitOraCreate exit with -1
BR0303E Determination of Oracle version failed
