2222497 - DUMP SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC occurs in program SAPLQEVB during usage decision for an inspection lot

Symptom

You try to save the usage decision for an inspection lot, which usage decision was reversed before. You see message QV116 - 'Usage decision for lot ... is saved' on the status bar, however after any interaction a popup comes up, which says:
'Express document "Update was terminated" received from author XYZ'.

In transaction ST22, you can see following Runtime Error for user XYZ:
