Notes:

  • For the background elements, including Formal Education, Work Experience Within Company, Previous Employment, the Trend Elements (Performance, Potential, etc) and the other elements available in the Custom Section, the Talent Card will retrieve and display up to three records.
  • Even if the employee has more records for the given background element, only three records are displayed.
  • The edit (penicl) icon will only show for background elements if the portlet is also present on the Employee Profile.
  • For the Performance & Potential and Competency & Objective sections, it's possible to configure whether to follow the Employee Profile or the Matrix Grid process for filtering the ratings.
  • For more information on that, please refer to KB article 2407791 - Talent Card – Matrix Grid section (Performance & Potential and Competency & Objective).
  • The Talent Card does not support attachment data from the Employee Profile.
  • The Talent Card does not support MDF Portlets.
  • In general if a portlet is not selectable in the "Add a Section" it is not supported.
  • No additional Headers or Subtitles can be added to a section of the Talent Card
  • Not every field is configurable in both Extended User Information and Talent Information, some fields are only supported in one section of the other.
