2223394 - No failure data generated in the User Exam Data CSV report

Running the User Exam Data (CSV) report, the failure data of the exam is not populating even with the "Completed From/To" and the "Status" of "Both" selected.

1. Go to Reports section, select the "User Exam Data (CSV)" Report (under Assessments) >
2. In the report parameters, select the exam, provided with the "Completed Date From/To" value >
3. Select "Status" as "Both" and then run the report >
4. Even though you could see certain users failed the exam under content > Exam objects > The specific exam > "User Usage" tab that failure data is not included in the generated report.

When a user fails an exam it’s "Finished", but not considered as "Completed", thus we should not utilize the "Completed Date From/To" filter in order to get the failure data.

The "Completed Date From/To" filter should not be used in order to get the failure data.
