2223619 - Not Possible to Preview a Custom Form From a Custom OWL Screen

Symptom

You will not be able to preview a custom form in a custom OWL(Object Work List) screen even though you have configured it and you will notice either of the following issues:-

  1. Preview button is not working(no actions is getting triggered).
  2. Error: No Records Found
  3. Message: Generating Preview..., but no PDF is previewed.
