2223881 - Very poor performance when opening or refreshing a Web Intelligence report.

Symptom

  • Web Intelligence reports take long time to open or refresh from BI Launch Pad.
  • Many errors can be observed:
    • An internal error occurred while calling getDocumentInfos API.(Error:ERR_WIS_30270) (Error: INF )
    • Invalid session. Please close your browser and log on again (WIH 00013)
    • Argument cannot be null. (Error RWI 00010) (Error: INF)
    • An internal error occurred while calling loadstate API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) (Error: INF).
