2223891 - How to configure HTTP_WHITELIST table for public services

Symptom

Table HTTP_WHITELIST was configured for public (anonymous) services in a Client different from 000. However, no checks are made against the HTTP_WHITELIST table, when these services are called.

Public services are found in transaction SICF, under the node 'default_host/sap/public'.
