2223984 - DBACOCKPIT supports SAP HANA Database only in SAP_BASIS 7.02 release and higher

Symptom

  • In SAP NetWeaver-Based system with SAP_BASIS 7.01 release or lower adding a new SAP HANA system in DBACOCKPIT transaction results in the error message:

  • In SAP NetWeaver-Based system with SAP_BASIS 7.01 release or lower it is not possible to configure a database connection in DBACOCKPIT to SAP HANA System as SAP HANA Database does not appear in the Database system drop down list:
