Symptom

When you execute a stored procedure that creates a temporary table with an index in a user transaction multiple times, ASE will not reuse an existing plan for this stored procedure from the procedure cache (as expected).

Instead, it will create new copies of query plan.
- As a result, you will find multiple rows of the stored procedure through monCachedProcedures.
