Reproducing the Issue
1 - Navigate to Admin Tools
2 - Access "Reassign Job Requisitions" feature
3 - Search for the requisition ID and it does not appear
Cause
A single job requisition can be posted in multiple locales, however, the admin user can only reassign job requisitions which have postings in the language in which the admin is logged in. If the job requisitions default language is "en_US" and it is also posted in "en_GB", then it can be reassigned by a user who is logged in "en_GB" or "en_US". This is an expected behaviour.
Resolution
Create an Ad Hoc Report with the following columns selected from "Job Requisition":
- Job requisition id
- Job Title
- Default language
You should verify the default language of the requisition and change your language in Options, if needed.
