2224559 - EPM Add-in and Excel 2013 displays a flicker when moving between between Excel sheets

Symptom

When using the EPM Add-in and Microsoft Excel 2013 to ALT+TAB between multiple Excel sheets when the EPM Context and EPM Pane are hidden, a flicker is being seen and the EPM Context and EPM Pane unhide and hide again multiple times before displaying the second Excel sheet.
