2224933 - Unable to access/view the Pay Statement in SuccessFactors System

• While trying to view the Pay Statement in SuccessFactors, employees are receiving an error message: There’s a problem with the Employee ID. Check if the employee information was added to the system & try again. If it continues, please contact your Admin. (Refer below screenshot)

• Error Code: 301
  Error Message: The system failed to request a service response.
  Root Cause: An exception was raised. EA-HR code line is not active.
• Customer is using Standard EC Payroll Pre-packaged Content for Employee Replication.
